Returns and Exchanges Policy for Pearl De Lys Products

At Pearl De Lys, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy below for more information on how we process returns and exchanges.

1. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products:

For hygiene-sensitive products, such as our hair masks and facial oils, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after the product has been purchased. This is for your safety and to ensure the highest hygiene standards.

2. Returnable Products:

We are happy to accept returns on non-hygiene products such as combs, brushes, hair accessories and other items that are not used for skin care or hair care. These must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.

You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. How to Return or Exchange Non-Hygiene Products:

Step 1: Contact us at info@pearldelys.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange.

Step 2: Include your order number and explain why you want to return or exchange the product.

Step 3: We will send you a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a full refund (excluding any return shipping costs) or an exchange, depending on your preference.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

If any of your products are damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement product or full refund, depending on your preference.

5. Exceptions:

Promotional products or products purchased during promotions may not be eligible for return or exchange, except in cases of defective products.

Gift cards cannot be returned.
