We ship all orders via PostNL and DHL, reliable carriers known for their speed and dependability.
2. Shipping Areas:
We offer shipping to the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
3. Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Shipping Costs:
Netherlands: Shipping costs start at €6.95 for standard shipping.
Belgium: Shipping costs start at €11.90 for standard shipping.
Germany: Shipping costs start at €12.25 for standard shipping.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
5. Delivery Times:
Netherlands: The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days after shipping.
Germany and Belgium: The expected delivery time is 3-5 business days after shipping.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to holidays, carrier delays or customs procedures (for international shipments).
6. Track Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package through the PostNL or DHL online tracking systems.
7. Delivery Issues:
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@pearldelys.com, and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your package.
In the case that an order is lost during transit, we will work with PostNL or DHL to resolve the issue and offer a replacement or refund if necessary.
8. Shipping Restrictions:
Currently, we only ship to the Netherlands, Germany, and Belgium.
We do not ship to PO box addresses.
9. Customs and Taxes (for Germany & Belgium):
For orders to Germany and Belgium, customs duties or taxes may apply depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
